We’re bringing Laos to Watertown! For this pop-up, we're taking inspiration from our hosts and keeping it simple and delicious. We’re giving Hudson Valley heritage chicken the ping gai treatment and marinating it with coconut milk, lemongrass, and all the good Lao spices.
